Wireless connected projection technology has gradually become a standard configuration for the new generation of smart projectors.

The resolution of projection is getting higher and smaller, and the heat dissipation requirements of chips and motherboards are constantly increasing. A perfect match between the fan and projector air duct is needed to achieve the most ideal heat dissipation and noise requirements. For mid to high end models that need to achieve the purpose of noise reduction, the fan needs to implement speed regulation function to adjust the appropriate speed according to the temperature.

Solution

Starting from the early stage of projector development, Fengzhiyuan participated in the air duct design of various customers, using digital wind tunnel simulation to analyze the heat stroke inside the machine, adjust the fan speed, optimize the design of fan blades and air outlets, in order to achieve perfect integration with the projector.
