In recent years, multiple industries such as new energy storage and outdoor charging piles have experienced rapid development. A large number of devices have been deployed in harsh outdoor environments. Regular cooling fans, when exposed for extended periods, are prone to various malfunctions, ultimately leading to complete equipment failure and unplanned downtime. As a result, waterproof cooling fans are transitioning from being optional configurations to becoming a rigid necessity.
The level of waterproofing and heat dissipation efficiency are often inversely proportional - the tighter the seal, the smaller the air volume may be. It is not necessary to blindly pursue the highest level; matching the actual scenario is the key.

1. Standard configuration includes dual ball bearings, ensuring no rusting in humid environments
The full range of models designed for harsh environments are equipped with waterproof special grease and dual ball bearings, which differ from oil-impregnated bearings that are prone to emulsification and failure. They are resistant to high temperatures, water vapor, and vibrations, with a conventional lifespan of up to 60,000-100,000 hours. They can operate continuously without stopping throughout the year, and are less prone to jamming and abnormal noise.

The standard sizes are complete, including 6025/8025/9238, etc. DC12V/24V/48V, AC220V, and EC energy-saving models for both DC and AC can be customized. Two versions with high air volume and high wind pressure are available: open equipment uses high air volume, while enclosed chassis and radiator ducts prefer the high wind pressure model.

Supports PWM temperature control and speed regulation, FG speed feedback, RD stall alarm, and built-in stall power-off protection; equipped with aviation-grade waterproof plugs, there is no need to worry about water entering the circuit during frequent outdoor disassembly, assembly, and washing scenarios. The device's backend provides real-time monitoring of fan operation status, enabling early avoidance of downtime risks.
4. Weather-resistant material, capable of resisting high-temperature salt spray corrosion
The regular flame-retardant PBT shell meets UL94-V0 fire protection standards. For chemical environments and high salt spray environments at seaside, aluminum alloy/stainless steel frame leaves are optional. It is resistant to acid and alkali, anti-aging, and can operate stably in a wide temperature range from -10℃ to 70℃. High-temperature equipment can be upgraded with F-grade heat-resistant windings.
